    What is the difference between API and Browser mode?

    API mode (default): your audio is sent to a secure server for processing. No setup needed — just upload and get your transcript. Browser mode: the AI model runs entirely inside your browser. First use downloads the model (~97 MB) which is then cached permanently — after that, transcription works offline and nothing ever leaves your device.

    Why does API mode sometimes take 20-30 seconds?

    The server may need a moment to warm up if it hasn't been used recently. After that first request, responses are fast. Switch to Browser mode for consistently instant results once the one-time model download is done.

    Can I transcribe multiple files?

    Yes. Select or drop multiple OGG files at once (total under 25 MB). They are processed one by one and all transcripts appear in the panel, separated by file name headers.

    How accurate is it?

    The AI model achieves under 5% word error rate on clear English speech. You can edit the result directly in the transcript panel before copying or downloading.
